On 6 May 2022, the Cité de la Gastronomie in Dijon was inaugurated.
After nearly 10 years of planning and 3 years of construction work, the city’s new emblematic space opened its doors.
SETP played an active role in this major project, supplying Comblanchien stone for the forecourt and entrance hall of the Cité, as well as Corton stone for the restoration of the buildings.
